In the years of this dragon's youth, Jinkx found herself wandering off to search for adventure. A trained witch and herbal mage, she often experimented with nearby plants and herbs. One day, while gathering kelp off the shores, she noticed a washed-up blue skydancer.

Their whirlwind romance began, and when Siren became too much for her to handle, she slowly distanced herself from him. He left her for his own dreams, and moved onto another lair. However, Jinkx sought a new responsibility- shaping a clan from a ragtag team of dragons from different flights and walks of life. Timb and Lori, the original settlers of the Gales were feeling too bogged-down with responsibility. This was Jinkx's chance- she could become the clan's matriarch, the skydancer everyone looked up to, the dragon in charge.
