On an especially windy day, while the clouds hang low in the early morning, so low that they graze the top of the Zephyr Steppes, beautifully covering everything in a fine fog. During these times a small group of elusive dragons with feathered wings, slip out of their muddy, underground burrows and revel in the misty grasses. Letting their dew-covered wings stretch, these dragons ring their bamboo windchimes, praising and dancing for their beloved deity, the Windsinger.

These dragons, known as the Windwood Wanderers, travel during these cloud-covered days, spreading song, art and joy to other clans, speaking of the wonders that the wind territories hold. At the end of the day, when the sun clears the horizon and the moon shows it's glowing face, these dragons return to their mossy tunnels and caves, excitedly chattering of all the beautiful things their world holds and the next time that the clouds may hang low.
