taking "you only find love when you're not looking for it" to the extreme.
R O S E ,- bi t t e r  m a t c h m a k e r - | - lawful evil
      it’s very possible, if you are a wealthy dragon in or near luxodell, that you’ve visited rose’s estate. it’s a marvelous place, paid for by her matchmaking exploits. you see, rose has a talent for matchmaking, one that she always wished for, but now regrets ever dreaming of.
      a few times a year, rose throws a lavish party and all the richest dragons from all over sornieth attend. politicians, royalty, wizards, artists, anyone who’s anyone just must come to one of rose’s parties at some point. you haven’t lived until you’ve danced in such a lavish ballroom or eaten a feast entirely prepared and served by enchanted familiars, some of whom even speak draconian!
      but there are hundreds, maybe thousands of fairly successful matchmakers across sornieth — what makes rose’s setups so special and, more importantly, so expensive? well, they never fail.
      no really, they never fail.
      you may not believe it, but money can buy happiness when it comes to rose and her ability to find your perfect mate.
      so, why is rose alone then? where’s her perfect mate?
      nonexistent, apparently.
      when rose demanded that amitola grant her wish for her setups never to fail, amitola granted it, but because of her greed, attached a little catch at the end — she can never find a match for herself. everyone she serves will live happily ever after, but rose never will.
