Biography
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. Three turns of the clock before the Shading.
Found a journal on the ground. It's empty, maybe dropped by a previous warrior on the run.
The battles are getting more brutal. Mediate users are sparse. The twins told me they were glad to have learnt physical attacks early. The Harpies are restless.
I myself am rather wounded, but we cannot stop.
We're just so close... too close...
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. Two turns of the clock before the Shading.
We finished at the Roost, and moved to the Mire. The enemies are much more powerful, and we struggled against the massive toads. Artemis was learning fast, and her swift moves were less choppy now, quickly crashing down on the opponent in a death lock, defeating them quickly.
The Shading is in two hours, but we're still too far away from our goal.
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. One turn of the clock before the Shading.
We were going to stop here, but a quiet nagging told us not too.
Why not? We were going to try and finish completely. I'll finally be able to visit the Ghostlight Ruins with apprentices by my side.
What could go wrong?
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. Half a clock's turn before the Shading.
Artemis fainted.
We dragged her to a tree and managed to wake her, and bandaged some of her wounds. Apollo wanted to wait until she was rested completely, but we don't have enough time. It's only in half a clock's turn.
Why am I writing this anyways?
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. Quarter clock's turn before the Shading.
We had to take a break. My claws are shaking, I can barely write. The night is so cold.
Artemis' wounds opened again. Apollo says he seriously regrets not taking the path of a mage earlier.
I'm so tired. We all want to sleep, but to fall here in the Mire is suicide.
Where is the moon to light our way?
Third Day, Eighteen after Marva. Five ticks before the Shading.
We did it.
We actually did it.
I'm not sure how, but we felled the last Shellion and burst out of the coliseum.
Artemis collapsed. I think I did as well, but I can't remember. I'm writing this in the infirmary. Mina says that was pretty much the stupidest thing she's ever seen.
I can't blame her, really. But we did it. She agreed to let us take a but of treasure from the clan treasure to buy a Tincture.
The Twins say they're taking a well deserved break. Artemis said she never wanted to see another Psywurm ever again.
As for me?
Well.
I'm just getting started.
