Pasciris Bunti is his full name. He prefers to be referred to as such because it's such a befitting name for a dragon of his skills. But most end up calling him Bunti since it's easier to remember (or simply 'Pas' - pronounced 'Paz'- if they're one of his good friends)
The greatest rogue in all the land! Or so he claims at every opportunity. He gives off the sense that he's very...confident. Most would call it 'being full of yourself'.
Except he's actually very good at what he does, somehow. For all of his boasting, he can put the money where his mouth is.
And what exactly does he do? Why, just acts of thievery of course! As he would tell you:
"The deftest claws around, the sharpest aim in town; the greatest rogue in all the land, Pasciris Bunti, is here to deal you your hand!"
In a way, he's sort of like a thief-meets-bounty hunter. He once used to be part of a troupe of thieves but left and started his own business when he disagreed with their choice of targets.
Dragons come to him with names of those they feel have wronged them. For a price, he will agree to track down the offender and mete out 'justice' if he believes they deserve it. This would often come in the form of stealing something they hold dear or roughing them up a little bit. Sometimes both at once.
He'll spend days watching a 'bounty' to determine if his skills are needed. If he decides not to go through with it, he drops the case and continues on his merry way, regardless of whether he was already paid.
As you can imagine, he makes quite a few enemies. Many of them hire mercenaries to try and hunt him down. But as a great and handsome rogue of immense skill (again, his words), he finds ways to outsmart, outrun, or defeat them handily.
It is while on the run from one such angry bounty that he comes across the clan, his first contact being with Bumble while the tundra is out foraging for specific herbs.
He's a little worse for the wear, but the cleric wastes no time in restoring him, and helping him defeat the mercenaries that had been chasing him.
Not one to leave himself indebted to another, he vows to hang around the clan and help Bumble out.
The tundra insists he doesn't have to, but he will not hear it! His pride is at stake here! Until he saves Bumble's life like the cleric saved his, he will stick around.
And so begins the next thrilling chapter in this heroic ranger's tale!

FUN FACTS:

~*~ His name is a combination of the words, Passerina Ciris, which is the scientific name for the Painted Bunting. His last name, 'Bunti', is a shortening of the same bird's common name.
~*~ His outfit was handmade by him. It was a re-purposing of his old uniform from his troupe, made to look flashy and bright. He would say it's "befitting of his image".
