Biography
CULT OF THE FORSAKEN
Daughter of the clan's founders, Athena was still a hatchling when Armin fell in battle. Her parents, having just lost their only other surviving child, were overprotective of her and kept her within the clan until well into her adulthood. She spent a lot of time with Nautica, learning about mechanics and the sciences, and used this knowledge to build herself a magically-attuned suit of armor that she wears into battle. Despite her parents' concern, she has become a very strong and capable member of the main raiding party.
On a trip to the marketplace one day, she encountered some Tundras discussing the Cult of the Forsaken and the Icewarden's shame. The story resonated with her own, and after some debate she decided to join, lending her skill to the cause of bringing her breed honor. She has enough to deal with at home that she isn't the most active member and doesn't attend most meetings, but has made it clear that she supports the cause and will fight with them when they need her to. In the meantime, the only dragon in her birth clan to know of her double allegiance is her mate, a Fire-element Guardian who at least supports the idea of proving Tundras' worth (though he's a little sketchier about potentially killing a deity). She doesn't particularly want to know what anyone else would think, though she's considered speaking up to some of the clan's other Tundra citizens.
