Uh-oh, looks like this fire boy wandered a little too far from his home lair, and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread. He would be very grateful!

I should explain from the beginning. Both of my parents are Skydancers through and through; patient, understanding, social, they make everybody feel comfortable. My story begins much earlier than before I was hatched. Mom and Dad, living in the ice and cold, fled to receive blessings from another deity. By that, I mean they nested some babies in a nest from another flight. One of fire clans was friendly enough to accept them. I hatched under the protection of Flamecaller. I was born in fire, so there is nothing strange about the fact that I don't want to return to my “true home lair”. But I had no choice: I was so weak that dad had to fly with me on his back.
But still, I believe that only I can choose my destiny. When I told my parents I wanted to get out, they just said “You should be patient” blah blah blah and all the other things that Skydancer parents tell to their hatchlings. I love them so much, and I know they care about me, but they cared so much that it got annoying.
I needed a way to release my energy, my inner fire. My sisters dreamt of a warrior's destiny. With their fire magic they'll definitely succeed. But is fighting worthy of skydancers, the peacekeepers of the dragons? Is war with the beastclans so important that our pride as a breed should be forgotten? I don't think so.
So I ran away from home. Just so you know! I'm not some out of control brat! I'm young, hot, awesome, and most definitely not psychologically unstable. I'm not a dumb, lazy, or whiner either. I started this journey because I wanted to see other clans and other flights. Searching for freedom is part of my nature, I can't resist it. Running from my home lair is not running from hard work and responsibilities. I work hard even away from home to use up all my energy.
Do you want to hear about my future plans? Whatever you say I'll tell you about them anyway.
I'll go from clan to clan working as a blacksmith. I'm not so great at it right now, but many clans got resident masters. Hopefully they won't mind teaching me some professional tricks.
I will fly from clan to clan grow up to be a respectable dragon. I'll have to learn to work with others. Cold and hot, patient and nervous, leaders and cowards, all sorts of dragons. All of them have their own ways of living and I want understand them all.
Work, friendship, freedom, and more work. That'll be the blueprint of my happiness.
So, now that you understand my position, is there anywhere I can put myself to work here in your clan?
