Biography

After all the rainy days lately, the fact that the clouds parted enough for Auroraphase to enjoy the sunshine on her morning flight delighted her. She burst past the still tired Shadowbreath, who muttered something under his breath about annoying morning people and why his mom cant be normal, then the took off and twisted into the brilliant blue sky. The world was wide and friendly, the trees seemed to reach out to her, whisper their hellos with the rustling of leaves. She shot up into the sky and gazed out over the labyrinth, from up so high it seemed so much easier to navigate than it was. Its streams seemed so close, so small, so bright and friendly. The branches of the tallest pines seemed so easily climbed. Aurora closed her eyes and rolled herself backwards, doing a flip and then freefalling back towards the green mass below her. She relaxed every muscle in her, enjoying the sensation of weightlessness. Just before she hit the treeline, a wide smile spread across her face and she turned herself to skim over the crown of the trees. It was a good day to fly, like usual.
