______ Whatever kind of spells you need engraved on your body: Kemuel is the dragon for you. He magic and how to put it into a dragon's skin all over Sornieth and even though he specialises in protection spells, his other works are equally well made. The only thing Kemuel requires from another dragon is a tiny bit of information about themselves, so he can customize the spell and the rune he will tattoo onto the body. The process itself is kind of hurtful - after all, most dragons' skin is rather thick - but everything heals quite fast thanks to a dragons' own magic. Thus Kemuel would only advise dragons who inherit at least a little bit of magic to get a spell rune. If they don't, it might cause unforeseen circumstances.

______ Kemuel himself is plastered with tattoos and runes. Some of them have a deeper meaning, some of them are spells to protect him or to enhance his power. Though, on his shiny skin they're sometimes barely visible except for the big piece on his wings. It was the most painful as well - he had to redo it about 40 times until the colors came out right and his body stopped rejecting them. But he learned a lot during that time - for example, what not to do when you get a tattoo on your wings. This made him a lot wiser and now he can give serious and very good advise.
