______ "Come quick! The eggs are hatching!!" a nervous blue fae shrieked, running through the cave system. "They're coming! My hatchlings are coming!"
FlamingEmerald stepped out of her's and Lightice's cave and slowly walked to the nursery, calming everyone down as she did so.

______ "Blueyedtiger!" she called, the blue fae flew over to her, hovering anxiously in the air. "You have to stay calm! I know your hatchlings are coming, but it won't do them any good to have you stressing out!" she calmly told the fidgeting father.

______ "Oh, fine, but I just don't know what to do! Lightshadow isn't letting anyone visit her! Even me!" he protested flying around her head. "She's a first time parent to, you know and with everyone getting sick, she doesn't want to risk her hatchlings. Once, they've hatched we can go see them together ok?" FlamingEmerald assured him.
"MOTHER!! THEY'RE ALL HERE THE EGGS HAVE HATCHED!!!" Lightshadow called, with joy in her voice.

B I O G R A P H Y

______ FlamingEmerald was the youngest of three eggs. She had an older brother and sister who took after their parents and became warriors. FlameingEmerald had never like war and fighting so she became a healer. While her parents were disappointed at first, they soon came to respect her choice and encourage her. For, what's a warrior if they will only die from their wounds?

______ Everything was perfect until one night. Around the midnight hour, insane followers of the Shade swept through the peaceful Tundra camp, killing any and everything. FlamingEmerald's family woke up quickly and dispatched the invaders. Unfortunately, no victory comes without a cost, and while FlamingEmerald did her best, she could not heal them and her parents and siblings died. She became overwhelmed with grief. Their sacrifices had not been in vain, for they had saved all of the eggs and most of their fellow dragons from the Shade followers. But it didn't matter to her. Her family was dead.

______ Soon after her family's death, FlamingEmerald left her Clan. She soon became mad with grief and wandered through the Highland Scrub for months before finally settling down. She decided to become a warrior in honor of her family and she poured her heart and soul into training. After feeling like she had become the best warrior she could, she dug out a small den in the Highland Scrub. She wasn't alone for long, when a young male Guardian stumbled into her den, gravely injured. She waited for her fiery warrior anger to stir up but instead only her healer compassion came to surface so she took care of him. He left after he'd healed but soon came back. Not long afterward, their Clan began to expand and grow, moving them across the Shifting Expanse.
