Heather Duke is the bookish, bulimic Heather. She is identified as the green Heather. She is later revealed to be almost as cruel as Heather Chandler after Heather Chandler's death, but is stripped of her power by Veronica. This is shown in the final scene of the film after J.D. commits suicide by blowing up, when Veronica, singed and smoking a cigarette, sees Heather Duke in the hall, taking her red scrunchie, the symbol of her power, and proceeds to say, "Heather my love, there's a new sheriff in town." and kisses her on the cheek, leaving ashes on her face. She stares as Veronica walks away.

In the beginning of the film, Heather is not as prominent compared to Heather Chandler. There are some clues that Heather Chandler does not particularly like Heather Duke throughout the film before Chandler's death, but the film does not specifically address this. This and endless teasing probably created a lot of rage within Duke, as when she becomes the new queen bee, she is just as cruel as her predecessor and teases Heather McNamara when she had called into Hot Probz and said that she was depressed, causing McNamara to attept to kill herself by overdosing on *****, but is stopped by Veronica.
