Biography
Noone really knows where Cicero came from. One day, they just appeared to have settled down into one of the clans dens, and hasn't left since.
The den is avoided by practically everyone, as Cicero likes to decorate the den with various broken toys and tea cups, either by hanging them up with the help of string or in piles both inside and outside of the den. Some of these appear to be sentient, and tend to jump out on unsuspecting guests saying 'boo!'. Or, atleast attempting to say 'boo!' (somehow only the teacups seems to manage it properly.)
Their true breed is also uncertain: so far they've been seen as a skydancer, nocturne and bogssneak, sometimes multiple times a day. Who knows how they will look in five minutes?(I do! like a bogsneak, cause i cant spend more money on this brat!) Usually though, they seem to go for a look that borrows characteristics from all breeds - leading to some confusion as to what Cicero really is.
Cicero does seem to have a strange ability to make shades follow their will. If this means that they are an especially powerful shade too, remains to be seen. Maybe the shades simply likes their suggestions. It is hard to decide which option is the most terrifying one.
Cicero likes to hang around Ieremiyah when the Sanguine Terror is visiting, as he is an adept toy maker. Ieremiyah does enjoy Cicero's quirky, if at times creepy personality. This doesn't mean that he does not get abit annoyed when Cicero chooses to randomly possess the toys Ieremiyah is working on. He gets especially miffed when said possesssed toys start to pull on his whiskers.
Cicero does not have any goods for sale, but occasionally you can purchase a prank from them. If they're in an especially good mood, you might even purchase your hearts desire, if it's not too far-fetched. They only accept bells as payment for the pranks, or favors for the more special requests. These favors Cicero might call in at any time, sometimes even years after the deal was struck; once, it was an ounce of sugar. Another time, they wanted an especially colorful wig. Once, rumour says, they requested someones death...
