Not much emotion is ever shown from Warben, for his expressions are as frozen as the tips of the fur on his body. His steps are heavy, his senses are alert, and when disturbed from the sense of tranquility, his growls are the only warnings one will get. He is not a dragon of many words, answering others thoroughly with the shortest sentences. However, Warben is not to be seen as antisocial; his intentions are sincere and he will greatly contribute to others when he needs to. He values leadership, honesty, stamina, and strength. Warben himself is considered these traits, being a one-dragon army and always carving the path to victory.

Warben serves as Kaimana's first commander and soldier, training future knights and guards to help protect Kaimana and its territory. His mastery in combat and reliable direction in battle prepares even the most unqualified fighters for conflict. The harsh but helpful commands Warben addresses to his soldiers help inspire, improve, and instigate them to develop into warriors such as himself. The only dragons Warben will take orders from are Tempest, Zygarde, and Sanguine.

Warben wields the mythical Valkyrie blade, said to be forged by gods mightier than the eleven deities that created Sornieth. He has slain countless enemies with the blade, dragons and monsters alike, and can tear through even the hardest of metals/scales. It tends to glow from time to time, reminding Warben of his origins, and that he must always care for the blade. It was passed down to him by his father, another legendary warrior among Imperials, and those before him.

When not patrolling the perimeter or guiding dragons on the training grounds/waters, Warben is seen caring for his sword, pampering Tundra, or observing other clanmates. Not only can he protect the clan, but he is also skilled in cooking, hunting, writing, organizing, and fixing various items. He becomes a handyman handydragon? when he is not defending the clan, and is not as intimidating once one receives his more gentle help in topics such as baking.

Warben's Winter Sphinx, Tundra, is practically a reflection of Warben: Strong, stoic, winter-born leaders with hard heads and fierce sets of claws. Warben was hunting elk in the woods of the Snowsquall Tundra, scrounging up food for the harsh winter until he heard the rumble of growls surround him. His elk managed to flee into the snow as a pride of Winter Sphinx roared and leaped at him for disturbing the territory. Warben was covered in the dark feathered wings of sphinx as his own frigid wings spread, throwing a few off him. He drew his mythical Valkyrie blade, ready to swing through the beasts, until a massive roar stopped the sphinx' ambush.

There stood Tundra, leader of the pride, dismissing the attackers and carefully approaching Warben. Warben stood his ground, watching Tundra inspect him and his gear, cautiously sniffing the metal and finally looking into Warben's icy blue eyes. Tundra gave a nuzzle and lick to all the pride members before they all ran off into the white mist, leaving Tundra with Warben. It had seemed Tundra found something special in Warben, and now fights at his side. Tundra has gotten used to the climate of Kaimana, even shedding off some of his handsome coat for it. The two are an unstoppable team with an unbreakable bond, flying everywhere and patrolling the area efficiently, whether it be together or separately.

Warben patrols both the water and land areas of Kaimana, efficiently being able to battle above and underwater. He is not only respected in Kaimana, but his name has made it to the legendary stories. Many clans across the various territories of Sornieth know of the Winter's Warrior, shivers as cold as ice tingling every spine that fears him, and exciting every pursuer in the same tingling way. Kaimana is honored to have such a strong, stoic leader on their side.

The trees had been stripped away by the frosted winds that howled in the dim light of the southern islands. The brutal frostbite and bottom temperatures accompanied Warben as he grew into life in The Southern Icefield. His vague demeanor was present even in his early years, being a shy dragonling. His mother, a fierce Wildclaw with scales white as his fur, was a cloth(ing) designer while his father was an Imperial, a skilled fighter and wielder of the Valkyrie Blade. His mother made sure to sew every warm, decorated cape for Warben to wear as he swung his sharpened icicle against snow dummies, mimicking his father's behavior whenever he observed his training. He constantly read and wrote, not to mention practicing living alone in the cold climates. As he grew older, his training with his friends and father, sword or no sword, became so advanced that he was able to win against many adult dragons in his early teenage years. However, he could never defeat his father in a match; he always had something to improve on.

After finally maturing and growing his regal winter coat, Warben took on the toughest of fighters in all of the Southern Icefield. Being a young adult full of energy against either tired veterans or rookie believers, Warben soared through the ranks, and obtained the name of The Winter's Warrior; for his snowy coat and unemotional mannerisms always reflected the Icewarden himself. Even his name, Warben, reflects the word warden. Upon his return to his home clan, his father bestowed upon Warben the legendary Valkyrie Blade, its silver shine brighter than snow. It felt as if it molded right into Warben's paws, and he swore to protect the land and care for the sword until he passes it on. However, this reward signaled the retirement of his noble father, who informed Warben of an incoming battle between the Fire and Ice flight. Warben's father was convinced by his mother that his age had caught up to him, and that with the proper rank, Warben would be able to protect the southern territory.

The Southern Icefield was shrinking due to climate change from the Lightning Flight and temperatures from the Fire Flight. The heat from Ashfall Waste had always been at a compromise until the territory began spreading closer and closer into the ice domain, which led to the rapid decline of major glacier bodies. Therefore, the Southern Icefield declared that no matter the clan, all who can defend must push back the Fire Flight before the ice melts even quicker. The fiery dragons argued that the Ice Flight had the most territory, so it should be no big deal, however, troops including Warben were sent to limit Ashfall Waste's expansion. The warmer temperatures were definitely troublesome, however, after an extensive two months of brawling, the Ice Flight regained the frozen temperatures necessary to maintain the tundra and push back the Fire Flight. Warben and his mythical blade were awarded as valuable assets to the Ice Flight's offense, being esteemed as a high-class general and proven defender.

Time flew past as Warben's coat grew with age and his parents became older. The snowy islands were at a maintainable peace since the latest battle. Warben's parents watched as Warben constantly smoothened his blade and observed the soft snowfall silently, never flirting with girls or playing with friends. His father finally urged him to go live life beyond battle; to see the rest of Sornieth. The Southern Icefield was detached, broken, and too cold for the colors of life to bloom. Warben was immensely hesitant, however, it was his mentor encouraging him, so he and Tundra obliged. Warben, already missing the arctic as his wings flew him out of the south, went to the Water Flight, for the sight of water helped remember the frigid waves back home. The Fire Flight was much too hot, and the Wind Flight proved too noisy and energetic for both him and Tundra. Kaimana was fending off hostile Plague dragons when suddenly Warben and Tundra dove down from the sky, finally free from flying, but eager to finish a fight. Tempest thanked Warben for his skills, but also questioned why such a rumored dragon would be in the area, thus initiating a new friendship, a new home, and most importantly a new life for Warben.
Today, Warben writes back home at least once a week to update his followers and family on his status and the rest of Sorneith. He describes the different forms of life in the territories and the knowledge from his clanmates in his letters; even detailing the foods, weaponry, enemies, and cultures when he has time. Tundra even migrates on his own occasionally in the winter, and as a Winter Sphinx, regulates winter-animal behavior and guides sphinx prides, sometimes his old pride.

There is no doubt that Warben misses The Southern Icefield, however, he plans on bringing back many stories and even a mate home, thus leaving him time to stay in Kaimana and enjoy The Sea of a Thousand Currents. Despite his reminiscence, Warben's Valkyrie Blade always reminds him of his duty and his home.
