A small, feisty and ruthless dragon indeed. Anode is part of a trio that were separated at birth. She knows almost nothing of her family. Only that her parents were sacrificed to the Gladekeeper in the ruthless war between her god, the Plaguebringer and the Gladekeeper. It is believed by other lairs that her family was sacrificed due to their dark abilities. Her mother accidentally presented her sorceress’s magic to the army of the Gladekeeper in a desperate attempt to protect her children. Her and her husband, Coel were immediately exalted while a group of kidnappers rounded up their babies. Anode left fearful and orphaned escaped their grasp in a puff of fiery magic that conjured a small group of undead plague souls and thus the Sorceress of Summoning was born.

Anode managed to escape and find refuge in the Abiding Boneyard. An arid and growing wasteland that makes up most of the Scarred Wastelands. The boneyard is deadly land; completely lifeless with only an occasional Tinder Bug or Rainbow Grasshopper to feed on. With the loyal servants of the Plaguebringer dead, the Gladekeeper’s minions finally began to move out of the Wastelands and Anode began her journey to build a new clan. She took in the few lost and wandering souls of the Abiding Boneyard and accepted anyone who promised their loyalty to her and the Plaguebringer.

Though the clan is small, it is very powerful and expected to grow within the years to come. Anode rules over the clan with her mate, Pazuzu along with the help of their loyal friends, Elk, Dominica and Razor; the three dragons that have been with the Haunted Clan since the very beginning. As Anodes family and clan grows, so does her power. To this day she is known as one of the most powerful sorceresses from the Abiding Boneyard and like her parents before her, a very close friend of the Plaguebringer

Xunar the Nochnyr is a malevolent beast with teeth sharper than blades. He is a loyal familiar but only to Anode. He follows her every command with pride and strives to fulfill her wishes. Being sweet and cuddly only to her, he has a deep hatred towards anything that could potentially harmful to Anode. Xunar, being created from spare parts of other animals, is zombie-like and therefor eats like one. He only scavenges the rotting carcasses of dead animals and other beasts. Being such a loving and loyal familiar is hard for some but Xunar finds gratification in it.[/col
