SUMMARY:
Secebetum came from a land beyond the core lands ruled by the gods. Internally referenced as the "Outer Lands", it was there where Secebetum spent most of her young adult years travelling with her companion as a lucrative adventurer. She carries a number of unique possessions and abilities that mark her unique origins. After a falling out with her companion, she opted to join the ranks of the Storm Soldiers and offer her unique medical proficiency in service of the Stormbringer.
