This Pecan Pie dragon was born on Pi Day!

Recipe for Caramelized Pecans:
~ Heat a skillet and mix 1 cup nuts, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbs butter and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
~ Stir constantly with a spatula for about 5 minutes or until the nuts are evenly coated in butter and sugar.
~ Immediately move the nuts to parchment paper or a cutting board and separate using forks (or you can let them harden together and break them with your fingers once they have cooled)
~ Let cool for 5-7 minutes.
~ Enjoy!
