A friendly yet high-strung Pearlcatcher who works as an artist, running a small art stall in the Merchant's Spiral in Cloudy Coast! They offer to paint portraits of visitors in the spot for a humble amount of treasure, and delight in brushing colorful strokes of paint onto canvasses to create likenesses of all kinds of dragons. Wouldn't you like to have a custom portrait of your very own?

Coffee is a smaller Pearlcatcher, and has a small mustache instead of the long lustrous whiskers of an average member of their species. They also have paws instead of claws, and much longer ears! The smaller horn on their head is okapi patterned, same as their throat, legs and tail, while the bigger one is a pretty rainbow! Small freckles for their face and body, and a pair of thick framed glasses is settled over their dark round snout, allowing their hazel eyes to see you clearly.

Their Pearl is similar to their large horn in that it's a beautiful spectrum of rainbow colors. They keep it safely tucked away in a zipper pocket in their comfort object, a worn Luminax plushie. It adds a comforting weight to the already delightful constant companion, and Coffee is often seen hugging and rubbing their snout against the plush!

True to their name, Coffee enjoys a freshly brewed cup of their namesake on most mornings, to help them get started on the day and focused on work. They prefer a healthy splash of hazelnut cream - no sugar please - and on their way they go! In fact, they're such a regular at the local cafe that they keep their membership card on a lanyard around their neck, and have become friends with many of the workers. An on-the-house treat every once in a while brings a smile to Coffee's face like nothing else!

Coffee is ADHD and autistic! They have many idiosyncrasies. Routine is big for them and any sudden or unexpected happenings can frazzle them. They stim quite a lot as well - tapping their paws together, rubbing their face or fur, flicking their ears around, tucking and unfurling their wings... they're very expressive!

Coffee lives in a small but sturdy house crafted from wood and bamboo, in a quiet inland area of Cloudy Coast. Whenever the Pearlcatcher needs to get away from the noise and hubbub of the cliffside, they retreat here to their den. They have a comfy nest of blankets, furs, and other such soft items that they enjoy curling up in for naps, especially when their shuttered windows are closed. Gentle windchimes hung outside flutter and make melodies in the breeze. Many canvasses, paints, oils, quills, and scrolls of parchment fill the space. Alongside which sits items of their hoard of plushies, pretty stones, and colorful trinkets.
