Biography

While an adequate fighter, Percy is Soft Sigh's smooth talker and peace maker. He wears his armor as precautionary, a lot of other clans tend to not be as peaceful as Deep Sigh and Soft Sigh. He and his father, Talgo, work together during peacekeeping meetings.

With the help of Raj, the two draw up treaties and archive them. Percy and Raj get along quiet well but they don't hang out, keeping mostly to pleasantries and business.
