Lurching Tome
...I do not find many kindred spirits in this world, but the tactician Linfan may perhaps come close. She seeks something beyond what she lets on, and she lacks the disorienting come-and-go of her younger sibling, Marc. I believe, if we had the chance to meet, we would have much to discuss. At least, so long as she acts as I presume.

A tactician born in another timeline, though she has taken up residence within the current Vinculum. Much of her time is spent within Vinculum's grand libraries, researching something.. What it is they're after, they don't say. Everything they do is kept in secrecy, to the point that their younger sibling, Marc, has begun to lose track of their goals.
