Skylark was a mystery to most. She was quiet and did not speak often. As a leader, the other's would question her authority. She was just a small timid Fae when found by Rosacea, a soft hearted tundra. Skylark would hide in his mane, she was skittish and filled with fear of the unknown. Until one day Rosacea disappeared; he had gone to fight for dominance for the Stormcatcher. It would be long before Rosacea returned, during this time Skylark had to gather her courage to steer the clan in the right direction. She struggled to get the other dragons to listen to her. Without Rosacea to back her up, the other dragons dismissed her. |

H i s t o r y
Skylark left the lair to search for Rosacea. She created a nest on the cliffs of the Carrion Canyon, where she spent years searching. During this time, she was approached by a mystical being, a shadowy figure-less being. "Would you like to become stronger?" they asked. "Yes," Skylark responded with no doubt. "If I were stronger, my lair will respect me as leader." she said. As a Fae, she had a monotone voice, but her eyes were filled with tears. The being seemed to smirk within their own shadow. They surrounded Skylark in a mist, changing her bones and flesh into that of a Wildclaw. As quick as the strange being appeared, they disappeared with no trance. As the time passed, she continued her search. Although now she felt more courage, but the change in her vocals and size was quite a bit to get used to. However, the thought of finding Rosacea kept her going, through thick and thin. After a long while of searching, she found Rosacea. He had been turned into a Ridgeback to help in battle, but even after changing into a completely different breed, Skylark still recognized him. "Rosacea!" she cried with joy. "Skylark, is that you?" he asked, trotting towards her. The two embraced, as they intermingled, Rosacea felt a strange tingling sensation in his scales. He backed away and groaned as his bones cracked and reformed themselves into a different shape. He let out a cry of pain as his body changed. His scales changed to fur. Rosacea let out a sigh of relief as the transformation was completed. "I've...changed?" he said, glancing at his claws. "Again..." he sighed, this wasn't the first time this had happened to him. He missed the days when things were simple, when he and Skylark were at peace as Tundra and Fae. |

F a m i l y Skylark had little to no family. Most of the children she had with Rosacea had gone to fight for the Stormcatcher. She had no parents that she knew of, all she had was Rosacea and all he had was her. That was all she needed... |
