Biography
Specter was a winter witch ruling over a vast, empty tundra forever cast in darkness. Her reign was terrifying and absolute and it meant nothing to her.
Nyla came across her realm by chance. Specter descended upon her, thinking to destroy the fool who dared wander into her domain though the ancient dragon had her pinned to the ground before she could even cast a single spell. Her chest, pinned to the icy ground beneath a single claw of Nyla's, never felt so fragile and Specter never felt so alive knowing she could be killed any second.
"Who are you?" She rasped, her voice broken from disuse.
"The destroyer of Gods."
"Will you kill me?" Specter asked, not knowing which answer she preferred.
"Will you serve me?" Nyla countered, drawing back her claw.
Specter rose slowly and when she stood she felt as though she had found salvation. The winter witch bowed her head before the ancient starforged dragon.
"Yes." She whispered. "Until either I or time is destroyed."
