Uh-oh, looks like this imperfect plagueling wandered a little too far from his home lair (289263, Twistedstripe), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but s/he would be very grateful!

Xavin is a defected spawn - an imperfect dragon, born from a rogue Wind dragon and an imperfect Ice traveler, who was hatched in the Plague Domain. Shortly after he was hatched, his father left to continue on his travels, and left him, his siblings and his mother alone with The Pack of Wandering Decay, who had taken them in because of their odd defect, which they praised. After a few years of wandering around his homeland, he decided to embark on his own journey, in hopes of, one day, finding his father and seeing the world.

Feel free to breed, gene,and give apparel to this dragon- as long as you send them (and possibly their apparel) on their way, you can basically do whatever you want EXCEPT exalt or keep him! That said, there is no way to stop you, as you are technically are the owner at this time, but please be thoughtful.
