Prairie Polearm beneath the blue moonlight she dances, her broken sword clutched within her aching hands, nails digging into the hilt - clad in the crimson blood of her former friends she takes one step after another, dragging even the last blackened soul into the onyx abyss that is her heart. the world will forget their silhouettes, but she will not, as she keeps wandering with them, dressed in tatters, ragged breathes escaping from her scar-seamed lips.

behind her, a young man trails - head hidden beneath a hood, soft eyes scowling at her with every glimpse he gets. she knows that the traitorous gaze, piercing her neck, might as well be her end one day, as the translucent, crimson crown still sits atop his excellencies head - she has no desire within her to kill him yet, no. instead, she awaits her turn on the altar - for he will be her final companion and the last sacrifice to the gods that she has to make.
