As a light-hearted being, Ariel loves nothing more than a good prank or two on unwitting clanmates. While his spontaneity and rebelliousness sometimes gets him in trouble (There was this instance where he got trapped in a tree for 12 years. Needless to say, Ariel now has a deep hatred for all cloven pines.), he is always able to slip out of it like a breeze.

One of the many resident tricksters in the clan, Ariel is often found being a useless dolt along with Puck; however, if prodded enough, the two companions sometimes prove useful in applying their mischief to the battlefield where they wreak havoc with their tricks and schemes.
