Golden Monarch, Gold for short was born in the lightning flight. This would mean you'd expect her to take orders well and know what to do with circuitry. But, to be honest, it's really the opposite.
Even at a young age, Gold never liked being told what to do. Fae were incredibly usefull in the shifting expanse, as they could travel quickly without running into other dragons, easily deal with super tiny wires, and were known for being submissive due to threats of being stepped on. Gold was immediately put to work once she went into adulthood. She'd never worked so hard in her life, that she passed out in the middle of work. She was forced back up again and again by her clan, and each time she grew more sick of it.
After her long days of work, Gold would get ill quickly. However, she was still forced to work the next day. Again. And again. And again. She couldn't stand it! It wasn't long before the clan realized how useless she was at working due to her poor skill, and easily put her up for auction. She was bought for about 20k of treasure along with another fae for the same price into a kinder, water clan.

Golden did not take to the new clan well. She thought she was going to be put back to work, and she feared that more than anything. The thought shook her to her wingtips. So she made a foolish decision. She fought against them. She hissed and clawed and hid. But they always found d her and tried to help heal the weak fae.
But still she fought. She was terrified of these new dragons, and she felt so weak. She felt she had no choice but to fight. Soon, she wore herself out, and was put to rest for many days. When she woke, she was still too weak to fight. But the clan didn't fight her. They asked her what she wanted to be. Her name. Who she thought could be her mate. Things she'd never heard once back home. It broke the thing into tears. They calmed her down and had her answer the questions.
And quickly she grew. She discovered a talent for creating apparel, whether sewing it or creating it magically. She sported a talent for dressing them, too. She outfits the clan with ease. There is too much spare apparel that she cannot figure out what to do with, but she does her best. She does not take the best to new clanmates, especially ones from the lightning flight, but she puts on a kind demeanor.
Maybe she'd warm up to them someday. She grew wise and smart from her previous actions, and guides the clan with help as best as she can. She helps Akumi in helping Caligraphy record things. Just as a Sage should.
