The first of the Sirens, named for him and the strange power in his voice to lure dragons passing over the clan's territory into joining them. Luring is only half the equation. Consent must be given freely and freely revoked.

His hatchname has long since been lost, only his role remains: Siren. As new Sirens discover their gift, they come to the Upper Reaches of the clan's lair and receive their Duskname, for the best time to hunt new clan members is at Dusk when the sun glints off the sea and blinds passersby to the Sirens below. And because Siren is a bloody romantic and his mate is named Dusk.
