Bella and her twin brother (actual blood brother), Noctis originally came from a clan in Shadow. They got lost for some reason and found Icestorm, who was visiting another clan in Shadow. She took the lost hatchlings to her clan were they decided to stay. As the twins grew older they discovered that they had strange powers. They could enter the minds and dreams of other dragons. Although Noctis tried to use his power as little as possible Bella continued to use it until her dull runes turned blue.

Bella was a ferocious dragoness who loves being sassy and sarcastic. She often defends her brother when he is picked on, especially after he turned into a Spiral and lost his eye. Although she seems cold at first, if you get to know her well Bella is actually really nice. Both Bella and Noctis treat Icestorm as there mother. Bella is training to be a mage and is already good at it thanks to her powers that she shares with her brother.
