Born from the cauldron, Persica dedicates his life to Baldwin and alchemy. He resides at the Trading Post and has never left. Despite this he has a strong bond with the Wikia clan, acting as their go-between for any alchemy issues. His bond with Baldwin is as strong as any bond Baldwin has with his other apprentices. Many dragons travel to the Trading Post in the hopes of working with the prominent dragons present here. Persica is one of many working with baldwin, melting and creating every day.

Persica's form is not that of a natural dragon. Since he was created by Baldwin and his cauldron he retains some of the properties of the cauldron. His snout and limbs are made of a slimy, purple material, not unlike slime. When he moves about this slime constantly drops off his body and regenerates. This tends to gross out surrounding dragons but Persica is not bothered.

As the cauldron's ambassador for the Wikia clan, Persica deals with all manner of requests. He has melted all sorts of items and familiars, dedicated to the cauldron he has never had an issue doing this. In return for helping them the Wikia clan feed and clothe Persica so that he may never want for anything.
