Inner Leader of the Clan

The Movement of a Dance

Having been with the Clan since it's founding, Pehir has watched it grow and change. And through it all, he has always watched and guarded the hatchlings, and then, the young that came from found eggs, abandoned dragonlings, and those rescued from untenable situations. When he was asked to take over leading the Inner Clan, he was reluctant to leave those he had been guarding, but understood that he could do more for them as Ri'ala'karnelethai.
The Clan, having focused on staying afloat and safe, had neglected much of it's inner workings, which he set to fixing with determination. Pehir is the one who established the Inner Markets and the orphanage. He set up a system where Clan members who weren't Tal could put up requests, and those who weren't Tir could put in orders for foreign good. He enabled the establishment of places of luxury, such as the Casino Badb runs, and the Library that the construct Calligraphy owns. While the safety of the Clan as a whole allowed it to grow, Pehir gave it a structure in which it could flourish.
Pehir may not be the strongest fighter, or have the most cunning of tongues, but he has a heart that gives, and in giving, strengthened the Clan and secured loyalty more surely than any physical strength could have, more stout than any pretty words or gifts. The time he spent with the orphaned young kept them there, the tales he told to them gave them their imagination and drive. Even now, he goes to the orphanage to tell stories and play with the young. Pehir gave the Clan it's growth, allowed it to move forward, and for that, he will be remembered in the Clan logs for as long as the Clan survives,
