The mirror had blinked up at him, surprised, before abruptly shoving a compass into his talons. "Take this," he declared. "My clan's recruiting, and if you follow the compass, you'll find them. If you don't want it, just destroy the compass. Sorry to bother." Whisper stared, bewildered, as Glacier promptly charged off into the underbrush, presumably looking for more hapless dragons to shove compasses at.

Whisper figured he didn't have much to do anyway, and checking out a clan that might have him wouldn't hurt. Simple curiosity drove him as he followed the compass' directions, eventually ending up in an odd clearing bordered by towering spires of crystal.

De-facto messenger of the Seekingswirl clan, hired during their impromptu recruitment session.

With the combination of being aligned with Shadow and born a spiral, Whisper can be a nightmare of a prankster. He learnt many of his tricks by bribing the nocturnes of the Tangled Wood with shiny things he'd found (read: stole).

His eyes are used to the murky darkness of the land of shadows, leading to him being practically blind in particularly bright lights. He stays out of sunlight and cultivates a nocturnal sleep cycle, which also has the added benefit of keeping him away from crowds. They're usually too loud for his liking, and the more dragons there are around, the more likely it is for someone to discover his machinations. 		zRba1D1.gif
