Kuwata's often mistaken for a ferocious warrior, covered in the blood of his slain foes and all those who would threaten the clan he now calls home.
They'd be absolutely dead wrong.
Kuwata actually's too LAZY, even by Wildclaw standards, to go around fighting. Unlike Owari, he lacks motivation to really go out there and get his claws dirty fighting. He WILL however, get his claws dirty by handling the clan's food supply. That's where all the blood comes from; he's the one who prepares the clan's meat and seafood for consumption and storage.
As one of the more dexterous dragons, he's well suited for his task and takes pride in what he does.
