The enigmatic Soultrader is a traveling merchant who does business with the Etherium. He appears once or twice a month, always at night, swathed in white bandages that fail to completely conceal the odd glow emanating from whatever is beneath them. He does not speak, instead communicating entirely in gestures. The rare, magical goods he sells are typically illicit and often dangerous; supposedly there is nothing in the world he can't get his talons on eventually, for a price.

Several members of the thaumaturgy division are eager to study him as a result of the peculiar energy readings that occur when he visits, but as yet no opportunity has presented itself.
