Biography

Ladon has been different ever since he was a hatchling. While other hatchlings liked playing in the playground or doing some other sports, Ladon spent his time in the woods beside the village, finding all sorts of magical plants and herbs with healing properties. He felt particularly interested in them. When he grew a little older, other dragons began laughing at him. They said he was good for nothing except being a gardener. But Ladon did not mind. He still created his own little garden, with all the magic herbs he could find safely protected. In his spare time, Ladon learnt about the plants and how to use them to heal and save lives in case of an emergency.

Months later, there was a flu epidemic in the village. Many of the newborns and the older dragons caught the sickness. However, the village was in a rural area, so it was almost impossible to find a doctor in time. The whole community went into a state of panic. Nobody wanted to catch the sickness. Ladon heard of this, and immediately set to work. He took a look at the symptoms of the illness, then rushed to his herbal garden. He hand picked some magical plants with the corresponding healing properties, and made them into *****, which he distributed to the others. At first, other dragons were reluctant to eat the medicine, but they didn't have a choice. Within a few days, the whole village was healed. From then on, the village began to realise the importance of herbs, and began to respect Ladon as their hero.
