Found as an unhatched light egg from a Grouse Basilisk in the Woodland Path during Trickmurk 2017 (19th Feb server time). Hatched 21st February server time.

i think of some person (character inspired by claire redfield, especially from RE:CV) who got washed up on a private island. camera angles will be like that of REC:V (third person). (game will have 90s style technology (old computers, maybe a floppy disk or two, will contain cd discs as well. more cd discs than floppy disks)).
  • they black out in the water. (fmv cutscene)
  • they wake on the beach (fmv cutscene)
  • (as soon as cutscene ends) a text pops up (like examine text) saying "i should find somewhere to warm up and dry off", or perhaps "i should find something warm". something like those.
  • she walks up the stairs and when it gets to a point where the player can see the house, the camera will move up so you can see the house only and lightning will crack behind the house, giving off an eerie atmosphere (scene will be very much like when claire walks up the stairs (in rec:v) to the private residence and the lightning strikes behind, except this time there will be no laughter).
  • (the house is victorian/gothic style. the stairs she walks up look like the ones (in rec:v) that claire walks up to get to the point where she either goes to the mansion or military base).
  • when the (minor) cutscene ends you will gain control of the protagonist again (now at the top of the stairs at a different camera angle (one almost synonymous with the camera angle in rec:v when the lightning house laugh cutscene ends and claire is at the top of the stairs)) and head towards the door of the mansion, through a short-ish pathway through a creepy garden (now hopefully giving a AitD:TNN vibe).
  • when you get to the door the camera angle will be facing down upon the protagonist with the mansion's entrance to the right of the screen and another lightning crack will sound, but not be directly seen. instead you will see only the light of it flash from the right of the protagonist.
  • press button to enter and it won't be shown opening and will instead emit a loud creak as it fades to black as it loads... then will make a closing sound as it fades back to gameplay (silent hill 3 style room load).
  • instead of rain sound effects as it was outside, inside will have muffled rain effects.
  • only after first monster encounter will the mansion's ambience start playing (have not written about the monster encounter yet. writer's block).

Horror ideas:
  • Female protagonist, Alone at night in some house or power station. examine a closet/hot water cupboard that is slightly open. examine text will say something like: "the hot water cupboard is slightly open. Open it all the way? [yes] no. if no is selected, nothing will happen. if yes is selected, a fmv cutscene will show of the cupboard being opened while the camera will slowly move from the top of the cupboard to the bottom, ending at the bottom when the cupboard is fully open. dramatic scary 80s-90s horror synth music will play during it's opening to give suspense. when finally opened, the camera will pause on the picture of the open door while text shows up at the bottom saying "it's empty," or perhaps "there's nothing inside".
  • Female protagonist. Is introduced at the beginning as having a slight cough. Once deep in the film/game while she's hiding under, in or behind something she begins to look agitated. camera keeps switching from her hiding and the stalker walking around looking for her. she eventually gives in and coughs quietly. the stalker pauses and looks over his shoulder, then quietly creeps towards the source of the noise... to be continued
