Yoshi has designed a complex delivery system throughout the festival to help him with his work. As a fae dragon, it was quite difficult for him to complete the many daily deliveries. Now with his Tube Messaging System(TMS) in place, his job has become much easier. It also helps that Pterois now assists him with the large packages that do not fit in the TMS.

Yoshi and Pterois also are in charge of organizing out of festival deliveries. While they don't perofrm any of these deliveries themselves, any of these deliveries must be sent out from the messaging center.

Pterois works for Yoshi and handles larger deliveries.
