Lullaby

"Here's a lullaby to close your eyes"

She doesn't mean to be cruel, she just cares so little for other dragons. Don't cross her path without having a reason to do so or you may just get cursed, or so they say. She is what many would call a "witch doctor". She is known for curses she may or may not have actually cast on dragons. Just knowing that she has the ability to do so condemns her. She doesn't mind what they say about her. It keeps the other dragons away. She will not go out of her way to cause ill will to another dragon. But she will not go out of her way to help a dragon either.
Her true name is unknown. The name "Lullaby" was given to her because she is know to sing haunting melodies to calm dragons in their final moments. One brave dragon asked why she did this and her only response was the moans and cries were always too loud and she could not stand them.

She is drawn to the broken. She doesn't know what it is about them that intrigues her. It is the reason she was okay with Judal starting a clan in her woods. The instant she saw his mate she was drawn in.
Esper is another of her obsessions. She still does not know why she helped the dragon. Maybe it was to watch the madness inside this dragon develop.
