If you happen to visit the Thonis Atoll, Cornix' tavern will be the first place you'll find yourself at. Located
in the harbor, you'll meet merchants, mercenaries and fellow travellers in the Coatl's comfortable
establishment. Cornix herself will be behind the bar, offering you drinks and advice with a sly grin.
Her homemade peppermint peach tea is perfect on stormy days, so make sure to try it.

Cornix was one of the first dragons to move to the Thonis Atoll, and every permanent resident knows not
to be spooked when they see glowing orange eyes in the dark. The tavern owner has a sense for mischief and
makes use of her ability to vanish into the shadows with her dark plumage. Her feathers were the reason she
left her homeland, as she couldn't stand the judgement and whispers of 'bad omen' behind her back. Years
spent in her tavern gave her more confidence and nowadays she proudly embraces her hellish good looks
and even emphasizes them with some showy fire magic.

Her tavern is home to all the gossip that reaches the atoll with the travellers. Due to that, Cornix is a great
source of information. Her common draconic is very good (if not without accent), and she understands
many of the dialects that are spoken in other parts of Sornieth. She loves talking to all the travellers and
adventurers that visit her, especially if it gives her new recipes to try out.
