He arrived from a neighboring clan in order to avoid the internal turmoil his old clan was experiencing. The unfathomable skydancer established himself quietly as Kolmogorov's powerful second, the mastermind behind all the goings-on of the clan. He was the first to catch wind of the infamous rebellion that shocked the clan to its core, and monitored it as carefully as he could. In the end, Galethon fled a coup in his birth clan only to walk straight into the heart of another. Galethon was enigmatic to the others from the moment he arrived, and his near constant silence and stoic mask has made his inner thoughts even more inscrutable than ever. Galethon is rarely seen in the open, preferring to prowl around his cave where he keeps his herbs and supplies. He is a powerful water magician and uses the arts in his healing, but can just as easily turn the tide and wield offensive magic as well. Time has not made Galethon any less secretive and private, and there are select few who know him well, but he has Kolmogorov's highest trust, and no one would dare to oppose him. Galethon has weathered great strife, just as the rest of the senior clan members have. He is deeply protective of Kolmogorov's niece and deputy healer Genevra, who began as his apprentice but is now a full fledged medicine dragon (though her preferences are for natural and herbal cures, as she lacks an ability for magic). But there is no question in anyone's mind: Galethon's greatest loyalty and love is for Kolmogorov, his leader and mate, for whom he would give his life many times over. Now that the Lynthalimassa have retreated to the depths of the abyss, Galethon spends most of his days caring for Kolmogorov, guarding him at all times while he enters his trances. With powerful guardians utterly devoted to protecting the clan, Galethon can focus all his energy toward caring for his mate. |
