  • library is so far underground no amount of fire will warm it up
  • barely sees the light
  • emerges from the library twice a year - trickmurk circus and their birthday
  • in a constant state of surprise
  • often forgets he is male
  • may be female? but they never take the time to explore their mess of a mind
  • met their father once, was given their sweater when their father felt how cold it was in the library, pallando cast a warming spell on the sweater
  • often seen in the company of Iris
  • other dragons are often bewildered after overhearing conversations between Asteroid and Iris, a lot of the time they are talking about having a hatchling and seeing whether Iris' 'curse' as she calls it, is passed down if she mates with a non-magic dragon
  • neither dragon realises that Asteroid isn't a non-magic dragon, he is a child of the stars
  • also there's no possible way for the library to not be maintained with magic seeing as there's no wood or support beams - only dirt walls and ceiling
  • and none of the known magic users claim ownership over keeping the library standing
  • but groove knows when to keep his mouth shut
  • not that he'd have time to tell Asteroid and Iris seeing as he has become more paranoid about the clan secrecy
