Caru, simply said, is a master trouble maker. This is partly due to growing up in a strict, over-protective clan, but it is mainly due to his innate ability to create and destroy relationships between dragons. Like many great mages and magicians, he refuses to reveal his secrets, however, it is clear to everyone that his powers are limited to that of romantical relationships and cannot easily affect friendships. His power his said to have originated from his mother, one who can create relationships, and father, one who can destroy.

He rarely meddles in the life of a dragon more than once and never does anything out of spite. If Caru were to affect the relationship two dragons have it would merely be for his own enjoyment. If Caru noticed negative effects in a romance he created, he would try to end it immediately and the same for the opposite scenario. While he may be mischievous, he does not want to hurt anyone else.
