HISTORIES
Holds allegiance to none but himself. Ruthless in all that he does. No one can hide from him forever, whether they be dragon, or secret.
Once a resident of the Starwood Strand, he had become lost to its wonders. His eyes gazed upon the bright glowing leaves that flickered like the stars in the night sky. Somewhere in that time, his body and mind seemed to separate. When they returned to each other, he was never quite the same. Something of himself had been left behind. Once brilliant in his mind and whole of body, the only conclusion he came to return to his former self was to get as far away from the Starwoods as he could possibly be. He covered his faded and wilting features in hopes that none would give him a cross glance. When he found a ship with two other Arcane dragons departing for some far away place, he joined them.
It was difficult times. They faced everything that the world could offer them, both good and bad. He became cruel, disinterested in the world. Nothing mattered to him at this point. Nothing but survival of himself. The others were of no interest to him.
Traveling the whole of Sornieth, all eventually found themselves within the Sea of a Thousand Currents. There, the three of them were absorbed into a rather ancient clan. There were others like them. Outcasts, runaways, seekers of various forms of happiness and knowledge. All gathered together. Yet he did not feel like he fit.
Nightmares plagued his dreams. The urge to go crawling back to his home. The only ease he found was in the voice of another clan member. The dreams of the terrors he witnessed during travels. Plagued and demented dragons, half consumed by the Wandering Contagion. Ghosts and Ghouls of dragons long past and dead. A single voice penetrated the dark.
The skydancer that cared for him was the denmother of the clan. A dragon from the realm of Shadows. He found it curious that one of her element would choose to care for the young. And himself.
