OUTSIDER
I don't decide who wins and whose body gets tossed into the river to rot... but I do enjoy watching.
A strange dragon with a stranger sense of humor and far, far too many teeth to possibly be normal.
(The flower crown was entirely Emily's idea. It's amazing how terrifying a dragon less than half his size can make herself when she needs to.)
Meditate
The Outsider has considerable arcane power, but uses it only seldom. He could easily make himself leader of the clan if he wished, but prefers to sit in the shadows, observing the ways in which the other dragons interact.
