Long ago, when the cavern of Willow Hollow remained yet undiscovered and untouched by only the most dedicated of creatures, Bay traveled across the Viridian Labyrinth. She had hatched from a rogue egg, perhaps dropped off a ledge of tree sap, and had found that she enjoyed the peace and quiet as a lone traveler.

As a fae, she didn't need much and minded much of her own business while catching insects, preferring to hop from place to place around forests and shrubbery. However, she did have one habit that always left her grinning, and that was picking up rogue stones and gems she happened to find between gnarled roots and twisting undergrowth. Since Bay didn't carry a sack, she'd take the most beautiful ones and hide them in her footpads.

At one point, however, Bay found herself crossing the path into Dragonhome, and the great, towering stones and monuments instantly grasped her heart. From the cracked earth of The Shattered Plains, where Bay first learned to fend for herself in this new land, to Cairnstone Rest, the place Bay spent the most of her time fighting away for scraps of metals and pebbles, Bay truly grew accustomed to the way of the long forgotten home of the Gods.

Eventually, Bay had grown so used to the remains of Dragonhome, that she'd forgotten the roots to her original Nature Flight altogether and drew her power from the earth itself. Nonetheless she remained a traveller, draping herself in sandy ivy and cracked dust as she slept between the cracks.

Alas, all good things come to an end, and they did for Bay once she found herself caught in the middle of a harsh skirmish with a few Longneck. While she fought her best and her dirtiest, they managed to shred out her once green, verdant eyes, and leave her blind. Thus, it became difficult for her to communicate with her fellow fae, no matter how far she traveled, or how far she searched. Now that Bay couldn't see her precious collection of gems anymore, she was left realizing that Dragonhome was no place for her anymore. On her way to The Pillar, she met a lone Wildclaw soldier named Videntes, who had a penchant for gold and an even greater adoration for company, so Bay set out with her to the Veridian Labyrinth. Bay rode on Videntes' back in exchange for some golden ore.

Once Videntes dropped Bay off near The Gladeveins, however, the Wildclaw and the Fae found that they had grown quite close together during the journey. Thus, they set out to find a den to share, however, they stumbled across a huge gaping hollow that was only home to a single dragon; Redwood. Bay struck a deal with him, offering to share food and resources between the three of them, and thus they settled, right inside their dream home.

As more dragons began to pass by for lodging or for homes, Bay realized that their little hollow had grown into a full-fledged clan. With encouragement from her now-mate Redwood, and Videntes, Bay established herself as a leader, and asked for 10 more representatives of each Elemental Flight to help create a council for Willow Hollow. Even though she shares power with the rest of her leaders, Bay is a respected member of the Council, and her vote can usually sway the tides and decisions of any meeting due to her wisdom and expertise. She is quite proud of the home she had made, not just for herself, but for the many dragons that had joined her original little group of 3.
