Dystopia - Progenator
The Scavenger
One half of the official leading pair of the Nameless, alongside her life-partner Deluge, at first glance it would be easy for an outsider to mistake Dystopia as demure.

Wrapped as she is in fine, ephemeral silks, if one were to come across her lounging upon one of her favourite sunning spots out on the shattered plain, the first impression would not be of her as she is; a fierce, singleminded predator with little remorse for whoever dares stand in her way. Rather, it would likely be of a cosetted, delicate dragoness. One with little business wandering the wilderness, and one who really ought to make her way back towards the saftey of civilisation.

This is one impression that will be corrected with prejudice. Very, very quickly.

Abandoned as an egg on The Shattered Plain, Dystopia had few luxuries as a hatchling. Growing up without the support of a clan, she spent her time between roaming alone, and joining up with the leaderless packs of hunting Mirrors that stalk the realms of Sorneith. The miles of lonesome, empty wastes forged her world view into something that consists of extremes. The predator, and the prey. Those who are allied with her, and those who are not.

She is an exeptional ambush predator, sometimes spending hours in complete stillness, before erupting into brutal, efficent motion. Catching whatever, or whoever, was unlucky enough to be in her sights unawares.

To outsiders, a world view such as hers might appear at odds with her role as one of the heads of a clan. Or indeed as a member of a clan at all. In truth though she can be wild, fierce and unbending, these are traits that have served her well in her time roaming the wastelands, and are traits that serve her well still. Maintaining a strict and unchallenged control of the territiory and the clan that she calls her own.

Her independant nature draws other freespirited or otherwise solitary dragons to the clan. From those such as Shingle, who is one of the only dragons she allows within reach of her precious hoard of fabrics, to those such as Innogen, for whom the drag of normalitly was too constraining.

Having had so few luxuries during her youth, Dystopia maintains a fondness for some of the finer things in life. No matter how impractical they may be. She enjoys the feeling of wearing the gossamer like clothes and silks, and likes the incogruity of hiding her true nature away behind such a delicate covering.

Amusing herself with the way that outsiders are often taken in by her appearance, never bothering to look any deeper before it is far, far too late.
