Talia, a young dragon that was born to a ruthless clan residing in the Lightning Farm of the Shifting Expanse, was victim to a raid that destroyed her clan and family. With luck and her mind she was able to escape and survive, roaming the Shifting Expanse for much of her life. It wasn't until she was an adult that she met her future mate Remiel, a brave dragon that has left his clan searching for a new purpose. The two of them deciding to comb the land to find a suitable place for a forever home. Within time they found it, a wide open cave in the Carrion Canyon that ran deep into the ground. Their cave was huge, and it helped Talia decide that they should not just use it as their nest, but as a home for a clan as well.
Talia, now under the name of Bolt, sent word out to those she trusted that their clan was open to those in need of a home, but that word did get to those with foul intentions. With only a few dragons and very little defense, Bolt's clan was vulnerable to attack. Ruthless dragons attacked them one night with twice the numbers, but Bolt would not let the dragons destroy her new home. With fang and claw she defended every defenseless dragon and nest, until she had killed the enemy leader herself. This victory made her name known, and that is how the Cumulus Clan came to power.
