You'll find few Snappers and friendly and sociable as Cornelius. He'll bend the ear of any dragon he finds and on the flip side listen to anybody with a story to tell. Due to this and his air tight memory, he makes a perfect chronicler and relishes recounting his daily doings and hearings to Carmine for her daily paper. In fact, he's her main source of news.
Fortunately, Cornelius isn't that into gossip and knows Carmine lacks as much interest as he in it so dragons always feel comfortable talking to him because he's never yet and never would betrayed a secret unless it had potential consequences for the whole clan.
