Biography

GUTS

One day, she will prove them wrong.

The circumstances of her birth may have been odd, admittedly, and she could not fault the clan for staying away from her, but there are only so many stares and whispers she can bear. Most shy away from her, believing that she is rife with disease and whatnot, and aren't afraid to voice their opinion about it.

She tries not to let it slip through the cracks of the armour she has built for herself, but one snarky insult too many and it will not be long before she snaps.

Plague magic flows strong in her veins, and you'd best be careful that she does not turn her wrath on you.

Nobody would dare to look at Guts without averting their eyes, save for the Plague dragons and the occasional researcher. It’s really no wonder why, but Guts still feels lonely nonetheless. Her scales are a bright pink, but it’s the kind of pink you would find matches the innards of a dragon. She must wear a thick pelt to keep warm, due to her lack of hide.

There is a story to how this all started - when a larger dragon suffered from gas pain, and had no time to be rushed to the healers - his breath coming as large, heaving rasps, the witch doctor from the Wastelands came forward, and touched his staff to the lower abdomen of the dragon, forcing him to ejaculate a mass of something - far too large to be food - , before leaving, pronouncing him cured.

It was the wriggling of the mass that clued them off to what it was - a baby dragon, as brightly colored as the intestines of the dragon. With her birth, however, came the negative stigma of the other dragons. While Guts knows it wasn’t her fault she was born this way, she has her faith that one day, she will get her comeuppance. One day.
