a mysterious dragon, he is often seen in his keep, muttering incoherently and shuffling papers about in his claws. phislayv, or "phi" as he is also called, is well known to be a prolific alchemist in his community, and was called upon by adva when she began her research on plants, and required a skilled dragon to make some things for her. however for what personal tasks he uses these skills for are... questionable. phi creates what he calls his "homunculi"; primitive lifeforms such as slime and fungus. these creatures lack essential organs and typically die out within hours or days. phislayv himself, however, is a nervous and paranoid man, easily tempted towards violence when provoked. he is quiet, except in his own study, where he will scream and trash the entire room in anger if something were to go wrong. despite his outbursts, phi still somehow manages to keep an air of professionalism and intelligence to his peers. his involvements in adva's projects are unknown, and when asked he will state that the research "ended up in a ditch! it was a complete failure, it was, yes!"
