As a seamstress, Nouveau exceeds in creating fresh new looks for her clients. She draws inspiration from nature, creating designs featuring flowing, organic shapes and subtle, earthy colors. One can often find her sketching in the greenhouses, the only place where flowers can be found year round in Silverwick. She also works rather closely with the weaver's guild and with Mucha, the court artist, to design new prints for fabrics.

When not sketching or sewing, Nouveau is a reserved dragon of few words. She is pleasant and friendly with her customers, but working with the general public drains her energy quite quickly. Nouveau much prefers working with a few like minded dragons behind the scenes, for she doesn't have to explain herself nearly so often and conversations achieve the same outcome in shorter time.
