Apollo's feathers are stiff and fragile. Every movement causes a cacophony of clangs. Day after day he sits on the altar, an ocean of candles burning behind him. His wings distort their light and drown the church in shades of green and dusty red. Xenoraum calls him a miracle of god. An angel who broke free from a glass painting to deliver a holy message down to the Pulsating Abyss. Apollo doesn't really have a message. He's just afraid. Xenoraum will tear his wings apart if he dares to break character.

Others often visit Apollo to admire his beauty. Rumors say that giving him a gemstone will bring you good health. Apollo is always surrounded by sparkly gems that desperate dragons haul in.
